In 2015, Wayne Withers purchased and revived a once prominent NorCal Lumber Company which was originally founded in 1987. Since NorCal's rebirth, the company has grown to over 160 employees and currently supplies lumber, prefab walls & trusses to some of Northern California's largest developers. In 2020, NorCal relocated to our current 185-acre facility, just north of Sacramento, strategically located next to California's main rail spur and two major Highways.
