Thomas Lyon

Thomas Lyon has extensive experience in the construction and pipeline industries, currently serving as Division Manager and Estimator at Nor-Cal Pipeline Services since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing the complete bidding process and preparing competitive bids for municipal public contracts. Prior to this role, Thomas Lyon worked at RePipe-California, Inc. from November 2000 to June 2012 as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager, and at G.E. Marshall, Inc. from September 1993 to October 2000 as an Estimator, focusing on competitive bids for various construction projects. Thomas Lyon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in RHI Management from Purdue University, attended from 1986 to 1990, and furthered education at Purdue University Northwest from 1993 to 1995.
