Vegard Jacobsen

Vegard Jacobsen is an accomplished professional in the engineering sector with a strong background in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as Konserndirektør Norge Regioner (EVP Norway Regions) at Norconsult AS since October 2012, Vegard has held various leadership roles including Direktør Region Innlandet and Vice President, Head of Hamar Office. Prior to this, Vegard served as Engineering Director and CEO at AS Selvaagbygg. With extensive experience on significant projects including the Kårstø Expansion and Ormen Lange Onshore Facilities, Vegard has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale investments and coordinating complex engineering efforts. Vegard holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
