Marcy Cox

Marcy Cox has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Special Pricing and Processing Representative at NORD Gear Corporation since January 2008. Responsibilities include managing Maxxdrive and special product order entries, providing internal order entry support, updating pricing, and enhancing departmental efficiency. Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative, focusing on key account management, order processing, and quotations, as well as Customer Service Representative, where Marcy handled customer quotations, resolved account issues, and collaborated with outside sales representatives. Marcy’s earlier experience at Madison Metropolitan School District involved classroom management and collaboration with educators. Marcy holds a Master’s degree in Education from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
