Julien Camirand Lemyre

Julien Camirand Lemyre has a diverse work experience in the field of quantum technology and experimental physics. Julien is currently serving as the President, CTO, and Co-founder of Nord Quantique since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at the Institut quantique - Université de Sherbrooke, where they held multiple roles including Project Leader, Quantum Consultant, and Team Leader from 2016 to 2019. Julien also gained practical experience as an Experimental Physicist Intern at the University of Karlsruhe in 2009, and at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2008.

Julien Camirand Lemyre received their Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2010. Julien then pursued a Master's degree with honors in Experimental Quantum Computing from the same institution, completing their studies in 2012. Julien's educational journey continued at the Université de Sherbrooke, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Experimental Quantum Computation in 2019.
