Anand Murthy

Anand Murthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in materials science and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Products and Technology at Lam Research since April 2024, Anand also holds the position of Board Director at NordAmps since November 2021. Previously, Anand worked at Intel Corporation from 1995 to April 2024, where responsibilities included serving as an Intel Fellow and Director of Strained Silicon Transistor Process Technology, as well as Engineering Manager for Process Technology Development. Anand's early career included a role as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Delaware from 1993 to 1995. Anand earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
