Alastair Lock

Alastair Lock is a seasoned professional in cloud engineering and software development, currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alastair spent nearly nine years at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Product Developer, contributing to bespoke applications for high-profile clients. Alastair's experience also includes positions as a Technical Analyst at JDA Software, following a title change due to a merger, and a Software Engineer at RedPrairie. Earlier in the career, Alastair worked as a System Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Alastair holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2001 and 2004, and attended Claires Court from 1995 to 1999.
