Rachel Wills

Rachel Wills is a Senior Professional Services Engineer at AHEAD since February 2024, leading various projects involving server and cloud migrations, disaster recovery planning, and network management following AHEAD's acquisition of CDI Managed Services. Previously, Rachel served as a Professional Services Engineer at CDI from April 2013 to March 2024, where leadership in server and cloud migration projects was also a key focus. Rachel's career began as an Owner of a Computer Troubleshooters franchise from 2005 to 2009, with subsequent roles including Technical Support at Earthlink and Sprint, and a Technical Account Manager position at CDI. Educationally, Rachel holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Networking Technology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
