Anneli Kymäläinen

Anneli Kymäläinen's work experience includes serving as the People Director, Service Lines at Nordcloud, an IBM Company since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Posti Group Oyj from 2012 to 2022, holding roles such as HR Business Partner and Senior HR Manager in various business units. Before joining Posti Group, they were a Competence Development Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2012 and a Competence Developer at Nokia Networks from 2005 to 2007. Anneli began their career at Nokia Networks, Delivery Services as an Assistant and later as a Team Assistant from 2000 to 2004.

Anneli Kymäläinen attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Anneli'sfield of study was the Degree Programme in Modern Languages and Business studies. In addition, they received certification as an Agile HR Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community in May 2019.
