Joel Hughes

Joel Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and talent management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Global Contractor Staffing Lead at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, since June 2020, Joel is responsible for creating and managing a global ecosystem of strategic partners and freelancers to support enterprise cloud projects. Prior to this role, Joel was employed at BSAS Telecoms Ltd from May 2013 to June 2020, where progression through various roles culminated in a position as Sales and Marketing Manager, overseeing all sales functions and leading teams. Earlier career experience includes roles as Sales Executive at Vindis Group and Senior Sales Consultant at Esporta. Joel holds a Higher National Diploma in Sports Science from the University of East London and attended Bishops Stortford College.
