Luke Westgarth MCMI ChMc is an experienced professional currently serving as the UK Public Sector Lead at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, since March 2023, with accountability for Public Cloud, technological and platform engineering sales, and delivery for Public Sector clients. Previously, Luke held key leadership roles within IBM Consulting, including Associate Partner and Transformation Director, and managed significant accounts, including NHS England and the Ministry of Justice. Luke's career began at Norwich Union Life, where responsibilities ranged from project management to IT training, with further experience gained at VocaLink and TSYS Europe. Luke earned a degree in Management Studies with Information Systems from the University of Leeds.
