Edward Manzano

Edward Manzano has over 13 years of experience in providing technical support and services for HP Indigo customers. Currently, as a Technical Supervisor and Lead Technical Support Engineer at Norde International Distributors since February 2010, Edward Manzano specializes in high-level technical support, start-up and commissioning on site, field validation, and calibration of HP Indigo equipment. Edward Manzano also offers operator training and participates in the customer care representative on-call rotation. Prior to this role, Edward Manzano worked as a Field Service Engineer at Graphic Sales Center Inc. from January 2007 to February 2010, delivering quality service to HP Indigo customers in various assigned tasks. Edward Manzano holds a degree from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
