Johanna Paulsson is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting services. Currently serving as Lead Controller in Financial Reporting & Tax at Nordea Asset Management since January 2025, Johanna previously held various roles including Financial Controller at Voi Technology and Head of Finance & Accounting Services at Nordea Asset Management. With prior experience as a Senior Finance Officer and Tax Specialist at Nordea and as a Country Tax Advisor at Siemens AB, Johanna has also excelled as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG, where leadership of KPMG Sweden's Corporate Tax Compliance Services was undertaken. Johanna is a Certified Tax Advisor and an Approved Public Accountant, holding a Master's degree in Finance from Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics.
