Alefiya Rajkotwala

Alefiya Rajkotwala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data services and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Data Services at Nordea since September 2017, Alefiya manages a team of approximately 50 employees across four countries, responsible for strategic planning and daily operations. Prior to this role, Alefiya led the Business Risk Control organization at Nordea, focusing on compliance and non-financial risk controls. Alefiya's earlier experience includes serving as a Director at UBS from July 2010 to August 2017, where various roles centered on governance and production change within the Investment Bank and Technology sectors. From November 1998 to December 2008, Alefiya worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture, specializing in IT strategy and change management. Alefiya holds a First Class Honours degree in Management Information Systems from Imperial College London, earned from 1994 to 1998.
