Johan Hult is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in leading risk control functions across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Risk Control at Nordea, Johan facilitates effective risk management within the Private Equity & International Institutions unit. Prior roles include Chief Business Risk Manager for both Nordea's Private Equity & International Institutions and Global BRIS divisions, where Johan ensured high ethical standards and a robust risk culture. With a background as Chief Risk Officer for BMW Financial Services in Northern Europe and compliance roles at Swedbank, Johan has demonstrated expertise in managing compliance with regulatory requirements and developing risk management strategies. Johan co-founded Conshultocracy AB, focusing on simplifying bureaucracy for organizations. Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Uppsala University, a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Mid Sweden University.
