Jukka-Pekka Ojala

Jukka-Pekka Ojala is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Nordea, currently serving as a Senior Change & Process Specialist and the Head of Workforce Management in Personal Banking Finland since June 2023. Ojala began a career in banking as an Agent Inbound and progressed through various roles, including Premium Branch Manager and Senior Business Developer, demonstrating expertise in customer service, savings products, and team leadership. Prior to joining Nordea, Ojala gained customer-focused experience in the gaming and entertainment industries. Ojala holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Vaasa and has completed international studies at Kasetsart University.
