Kajsa Ji Noe Oest

Kajsa Ji Noe Oest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Debt Collection DK Remediation Programme at Nordea since September 2015, Oest has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Life & Pension DK and Head of Operations Strategy & Delivery. Prior experience includes roles at Maersk Supply Service, PA Consulting Group, the Danish Ministry of Education, and the City of Copenhagen, among others. Oest has a strong academic background with a PhD in Political Science and has contributed to research at the University of Copenhagen and Harvard University.
