Lene Steinum is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in program and operations management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Program Manager Technology - Project Solo and Head of Cross Technology Capabilities at Nordea since January 2020, Lene plays a vital role in the Technology Executive Leadership Team, overseeing critical initiatives related to Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Test Automation. Prior experience includes a decade at Gjensidige Bank ASA, where Lene held various leadership positions such as Direktør Technology, contributing to strategic technology operations and innovation. Lene's earlier career at Citibank International plc and Electronic Data Systems involved significant roles in technology management, solution architecture, and team leadership. Lene holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Oslo and Akershus University College.
