Marcela Machuca is a Mexican service designer living in Copenhagen. They have extensive experience in service design, having worked as a Senior Service Designer at Nordea since 2018 and as a part-time lecturer in Advanced Service Design at IT-Universitetet i København since 2021. Previously, Marcela served as a Lead Service Designer and Design Strategist at BBVA from 2015 to 2018, and held various positions in design education. They earned a Master’s degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MA from the University of the Arts London.
