Marika Pahlman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience within the Big Data and Analytics domain. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Requirement Management at Nordea since February 2016, Marika leads a team of Product Owners and Analysts focused on implementing Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies. Previously, Marika held the position of Head of Customer Insight, where the emphasis was on creating a Closed Customer Feedback Loop to enhance customer understanding. From June 2009 to January 2016, Marika worked at Konecranes as the Head of Customer Experience, overseeing the development and global implementation of Customer Experience Management initiatives. Marika’s earlier career includes various roles at Konecranes and a business administration traineeship at Wurth. Marika holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology.
