Michal Wiznerowicz

Michal Wiznerowicz currently serves as the Head of Group People Services and Head of People in Poland at Nordea, a role held since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise HR systems, digital initiatives, and employee relations. Prior to Nordea, Michal held significant HR leadership positions at Intel Corporation from January 2009 to September 2019, managing HR for over 6,000 employees across 21 EMEA countries, and at Dell as HR Director for Central & Eastern Europe. Additional experience includes roles at Kerry Group, mBank, and BRE Bank SA in various HR capacities. Michal holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Master's degree in Psychology & HRM from the University of Lodz.
