Petra Mellor

Petra Mellor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in debt issuance and capital markets management. Currently serving as the Head of Bank Debt and Chief Treasury Manager at Nordea since August 2016, Petra leads long-term debt issuance and funding coordination while managing balance and investor relations. Prior to Nordea, Petra held several prominent positions at the Swedish Export Credit Corporation from March 2005 to August 2016, including Head of Regions and Financial Institutions and Director of Treasury, focusing on credit relationships and funding strategies. Petra began her career in bond origination at RBS and later at Fredell & Co Structured Finance, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing, origination, and structured financing. Educational background includes Master's Degrees in Finance, Economics, and French from Uppsala University and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, as well as a BA in Marketing & Economics from Université Laval.
