Sofie Gottlob Wollebekk

Sofie Gottlob Wollebekk currently serves as Management Partner for Personal Banking Norway at Nordea, a position held since May 2024. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Excellence team in Norway at Lunar from January 2020 to June 2024, overseeing customer support, KYC & onboarding, and FCP Operations. Sofie has also held various roles at Bank Norwegian, including Head of Customer Excellence and Customer Success Coordinator, as well as summer intern positions at Bank Norwegian, City Finansiering AS, Atlas Kapitalforvaltning AS, Arkwright Corporate Finance, and Telenor. Educationally, Sofie obtained a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from The London School of Economics and Political Science, following a Master of Arts in Business and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
