Soosai Fernandes has extensive experience in technology management, specializing in credit risk and application delivery. Since June 2017, Soosai has served as the Head of Technology for the Credit Risk Unit at Nordea, overseeing IRB credit risk model development and data management initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Soosai managed technology projects for global trade finance, and Associate Director at Capgemini, leading programs for Nordea. Prior experience at Merrill Lynch involved managing large offshore teams and delivering finance technology solutions. Earlier positions included senior software roles and project management at various organizations, culminating in a Master's degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University.
