Ronaldo Acosta

Ronaldo Acosta has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Ronaldo started their career at STI COLLEGE INC as an IT Professor, teaching courses in computer science and conducting workshops. Ronaldo then worked as a Customer Support Engineer at World Wide Web for Computer Est., where they provided hardware and software support and set up LAN connections. Acosta later became a Cyber Assist and Business Center Administrator at InterContinental Hotel Taif, responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance.

Ronaldo then joined Al-Othman Industrial Marketing Co. (IMCO) as an IT Technical Support Engineer, supervising a support staff and providing technical support to resellers. Acosta transitioned to Al-Othman Agri. Production and Processing Co. (Nada Dairy) as a Network and Systems Engineer, managing the network infrastructure and supervising support for users and servers.

Afterwards, they served as an IT Project Manager and Service Management Consultant at Al- Othman Holding Company, leading projects and providing direct supervision to IT development and support groups. Acosta then worked at Infinity Electronics Solutions, first as a Business Development Manager, prospecting and growing client relationships, and later as an IT Technical Sales Manager, overseeing sales programs and team development.

Ronaldo furthered their career at Nody Contracting as a Business Development Consultant, providing consulting services and support for business development. Acosta then joined TATRA Information Technology as a Business Development Manager, contributing to the company's growth until 2023.

Currently, they are working as a Key Account Manager at Norden Communication.

Ronaldo Acosta's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mapúa University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they completed an Associate degree in Information and Communications Technology from De Mazenod Skills Training Center from 1991 to 1992.

Moreover, Ronaldo has pursued several certifications. In 2009, they obtained the MS Certified Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft. Ronaldo also received the MS Certified Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration and MS Certified Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration certifications in the same year. Later, in 2012, they obtained the MS Certified Solutions Associate on Windows Server 2008 certification from Microsoft. Additionally, they completed a certificate program in MS Windows Server 2008 Administration from New Horizon Leadership Institute in 2009 and another certificate program in MS Windows Server 2008 Solutions Associate from Microsoft Learning in 2012.

Furthermore, Ronaldo holds additional certifications, including Sales, Planning, & Installation from Mobotix AG, which they obtained in February 2014, and a certification as a Certified Structured Cabling Planner & Designer from Reichle & De-Massari AG, obtained in March 2018.
