Elena Vela

Elena Vela has extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management within the wind power industry, currently serving as Responsable Global Sourcing for Nordex-Acciona Windpower since June 2017. Prior to this role, Elena held various positions at ACCIONA WINDPOWER-NORDEX from November 2006 to May 2017, focusing on supply chain responsibilities for spare parts and aftersales service. Earlier career experiences include roles in accounting and treasury at MAGNA-Magnesitas Navarras, logistics and sales at ALCOA, and sales at ICER BRAKES S.A. Elena Vela holds a Master Executive in Business Administration and Management from Cámara de Comercio Industria y Servicios de Navarra and a Licenciado in Administración y Dirección de Empresas from the University of Navarra.
