Jeanette Arndt

Jeanette Arndt has extensive experience in human resources and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Development at Nordex Group since September 2008. Arndt has held various roles within the company, including Specialist Global P&C Development, People & Culture Development Specialist, and Coordinator of Nordex Academy. Prior to Nordex, Arndt worked as a Project Assistant for MMKH Multimedia Kontor and as a Project Manager in event solutions. With a solid educational background, Arndt earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Psychology from IU International University of Applied Sciences and holds qualifications as a State Certified Business Economist in Human Resources and as a Bachelor Professional of Fair, Congress, and Congress Operations from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Düsseldorf.
