Kepa Sainz Bilbao

Kepa Sainz Bilbao is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President of the People & Culture Division International at Nordex Group since October 2015, after previously holding the position of Director of People & Culture in Spain. Prior to joining Nordex Group, Kepa was with ACCIONA Windpower from July 2010 to September 2015 as Director de Recursos Humanos and Gerente de Desarrollo Internacional de Recursos Humanos. Kepa also held roles at MTorres Diseños Industriales, SAU as Corporate Director of Human Resources and at Faurecia as Director de Recursos Humanos. Academic qualifications include advanced training in International Human Resource Management from IE Business School and an EMBA from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, complemented by specialized studies in Labor Risk Prevention and a degree in Law from the University of Navarra.
