Roman Wetzel

Roman Wetzel is an experienced professional in the field of SCADA systems and software, currently serving as the Head of SCADA Systems and Software at Nordex Group since June 2017. Previously, Roman held roles including Team Lead SCADA Commissioning and Project Manager for SCADA & IIoT at the same company. Prior to joining Nordex Group, Roman worked at Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH from April 2008 to May 2017, where responsibilities included project management, MES consulting, proposal management, and customer support, alongside positions as an automation engineer and software developer. Roman holds a Dipl.-Inf. (FH) degree from Hochschule Flensburg, completed in 2008.
