Silvia Cano Martinez

Silvia Cano Martinez, PMP®, is a Senior Grid Connection Compliance Engineer at Nordex Group since December 2023, with extensive experience in the wind energy sector. Prior to this role, Silvia worked at Siemens Gamesa for over 13 years, serving as Wind Farm Control Team Lead and managing a team of five employees, as well as holding positions as System Engineer in both the Global Engineering Execution Projects and Global Engineering Presales departments. In earlier roles, Silvia was a Project Manager at SISTEPLANT, overseeing SW Captor projects, and a Development and Innovation Junior Engineer at Multi-Prosur, contributing to the implementation of ERP systems. Silvia holds a degree in Technical Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electronic Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria.
