Ziaul Badar

Ziaul Badar serves as the Director of Customer Projects in Global Engineering at Nordex Group since September 2023, leading international engineering and project management teams focused on customer-specific product adaptations. Prior to this, Ziaul held multiple leadership roles at Suzlon Group from March 2006 to September 2023, including Head of Systems Engineering and Head of Technical Product Management, driving the design, launch, and management of multi-megawatt wind turbine projects. In earlier positions, Ziaul managed wind turbine load simulations and led an innovative project for a hybrid steel-concrete tower. Ziaul's educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and various advanced training courses in management and renewable energy from Beuth Hochschule Berlin.
