Scott Lancaster is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Nordfab Ducting, with a robust background in Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement spanning over two decades. Prior roles include Sales Engineer at Turnkey Technologies, Inc. and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer positions at Hayward Industries, Inc. and Lexington Home Brands. Scott's expertise includes spearheading over 75 Kaizen events, enhancing manufacturing processes to achieve significant cost savings, and leading successful New Product Development initiatives. With a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University, Scott has consistently improved operational efficiencies, reduced waste, and implemented innovative solutions in various manufacturing environments.
