Bartosz Rybka

Bartosz Rybka has extensive experience in supply chain management and process improvement, currently serving as AES Senior Pilot and Koordynator Doskonalenia Procesów at AGC Automotive Poland since November 2019. Responsibilities include coordinating AES/lean project activities and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and quality while reducing inventory waste. Prior to this role, Bartosz was Head of Supply Chain at Graphic West Poland, overseeing logistics management for a production and assembly plant, and previously served as Kierownik Magazynu i Spedycji at DAJAR Sp. z o.o., where operational management and inventory oversight were key focuses. Bartosz holds a postgraduate degree in Transport Spedycja Logistyka, a Master's in Human Resource Management, and a Licentiate degree in Public Administration.
