Dyveke Hamza

Dyveke Hamza has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as CHRO at Nordic Office of Architecture, where they focus on delivering aesthetically pleasing designs and addressing holistic awareness to context and the human dimension. Prior to this, they worked as a Konsulent/ Rådgiver as a freelancer, providing consulting services. Dyveke also held the position of Director/ Director HR at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS, one of the largest law firms in Norway, where they aimed to find solutions to clients' needs. Before that, they served as Director/ Public Sector at Experis Norway, the country's largest recruitment and consultancy company. Additionally, they have held various managerial and advisory roles in organizations such as the Directorate of Integration and Diversity, Directorate of Customs and Excise, Norwegian Welfare and Employment Administration, Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap, and Star Tour.

Dyveke Hamza attended Oslo Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011, where they completed various courses at the master's level in Leadership and Management in the Public Sector. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1993 to 1998, majoring in Social Anthropology and Middle East Studies.
