Nordic Office of Architecture
Shabnam Arbab is a highly experienced architect currently serving as a Senior Architect at Nordic Office of Architecture since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shabnam held positions at Norconsult AS as Fagspesialist and Arkitekt Rådgiver from May 2020 to May 2023, and served as an Associate Professor in Lighting Design at the University of South-Eastern Norway between October 2019 and March 2020. Shabnam's academic contributions include a postdoctoral fellowship and a PhD researcher position at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where research focused on the HOME project. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Colors and Light in Architectural Context from NTNU and a Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture from NTNU.
