Henning Frank Mogensen

Henning Frank Mogensen has extensive work experience in various management roles. Henning Frank began their career as a Production Engineer at Kässbohrer Bilcon A/S, where they were responsible for project leadership and collaborated with German departments. Henning Frank then worked as the Managing Director at HMK Industri A/S, overseeing the production and quality management of special vehicles and constructions.

Mogensen later joined GE as the Country Fleet Maintenance Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, where they managed the maintenance division for TIP Trailer Rental A/S. Henning Frank then served as the Production Manager at Micodan AS, supervising four production departments and the purchase/stock department.

Moving forward, Mogensen worked as the Operations Manager at SAWO A/S, responsible for process and organizational development across 14 workshops. Henning Frank then transitioned to Lilleheden A/S as the Quality Assurance Manager, implementing and certifying a new Quality Assurance system.

Currently, Mogensen is the Director of Accreditation, Compliance & Quality at NCS Fuel, a subsidiary of World Fuel Services. Henning Frank began as a Quality Assurance Manager before being promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Manager and later Senior Accreditation & Compliance Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to their current role, where they are responsible for managing a team of two Accreditation & Compliance Managers and three AC Auditors.

Henning Frank Mogensen's education history begins in 1986 when they enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark. Henning Frank pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Product Development, and completed their studies in 1990.

Afterwards, in 1991, Henning attended Aalborg Business College where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Operation Management. Henning Frank completed this program in 1994.

Apart from their formal education, Henning also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1998, they achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from GE. Later, in 2007, they earned a certification in LEAN Project Management from Probana Business School. Continuing their professional development, Henning obtained a certification in RCFA Major Incident Investigation using RCFA from Jacobs Consultancy in 2013. Henning Frank also received certifications in ISO standards, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Bureau Veritas Group in 2018, ISO 22301 Lead Implementor from BSI in 2019, and ISO 22301 Internal Auditor from BSI in 2020.
