Carl Beyer

Joined in January 2020. Prior to joining, Carl was part of Mannheimer Swartling’s Tax practice group (2009-2019) as a Senior Associate. Carl specialises in tax matters relating to transaction structuring, M&A, MIPs, restructurings and fund formation. He also has significant experience in tax litigation. Carl holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University.
