Sebastian Wohlgschaft

Joined in June, 2021. Sebastian is part of the Nordic Capital Evolution advisory team. He joined from Virtus Kapital, a private direct investment company he founded in 2020. Prior to that, Sebastian worked in the Financial Institutions Group of UBS Investment Bank from 2010 to 2020, focusing on transactions in the financial technology and banking sectors, most recently as an Executive Director. He started his career at Lehman Brothers (succeeded by Nomura) as a member of the DACH coverage team. Sebastian holds a M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen.
