Josefine Carstad

Josefine Carstad is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Senior Kommunikationsrådgiver at Nordisk Råd og Nordisk Ministerråd since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing communication for Nordic environmental and climate ministers and overseeing the Nordic collaboration pavilion at the UN climate negotiations.
