Tero Penttilä

Tero Penttilä is an experienced professional in sourcing, operations, and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sourcing & Operations at Nordic ID since November 2021, where Tero manages a purchasing budget and oversees a team of sourcing and operations professionals. Prior roles include Sourcing Category Manager at Vaisala, Sourcing & Operations Manager at Nordic ID, and Co-owner & Chairman of Fravola Oy, focusing on operational excellence and strategic finance. Tero's previous tenure at Nokia spanned several roles in sourcing and procurement, including significant budget oversight for RF components and mobile phone chipsets, as well as development initiatives in multiple countries.
