Niklas Karlsson

Niklas Karlsson is an experienced technology and product management professional currently serving as the CTO of Nordic LEVEL Group AB (publ) since May 2023, where responsibilities include making technical decisions in collaboration with the CEO and suppliers. Prior to this, Niklas has held significant positions including Product Manager for fire products at Confidence Sweden AB since April 2019, and Product Development Engineer at STANLEY Security from April 2008 to April 2019, focusing on fire alarm solutions and advanced technical support. Earlier experience includes roles at Securitas and Micronic Laser Systems AB, as well as Chief Telecommunication Constructor at Mekaniska verkstaden Ferm AB. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has undertaken additional education in system development and various technical fields.
