Currently serving as Chairman and CEO at Nordic Outdoor Group since February 2025, Leif also holds multiple board positions, including Chairman of the Board at Christiania Belysning AS and Sølvkroken / Nordic Outdoor AS, and Chairman of the Board at Wilfa AS since September 2024. Previously, Leif was CEO at Varier Furniture and has a notable entrepreneurial background as co-founder and Chairman of the Board at ZeroC. Leif's career includes significant board positions at Wilfa AS and Tokvam AS, along with previous CEO experience at Bergans Fritid AS. Educational credentials comprise a Siviløkonom degree in Economics and Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and an exchange program in Finance at Bayes Business School.
