Susana Bento

Susana Bento is currently serving as the Global Marketing and Launch Excellence Director at Nordic Pharma, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Susana was the Global Omnichannel Operations Lead at Grünenthal Group from January 2022 to September 2025 and held the position of Senior Director of Global MCE Capabilities and Ops at ViiV Healthcare from September 2019 to January 2022. Susana's experience includes significant roles at Allergan, where responsibilities encompassed improving marketing processes and operational efficiency, and at AstraZeneca, where leadership focused on driving global commercial excellence initiatives across diverse markets. Susana holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and has furthered education with a focus on Digital Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
