Julie Flann, MBA, has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as an Associate Marketing Analyst at Target.com. Julie then moved on to Manhattan Toy, where they served as a Web Marketing Analyst and later as the Manager of Marketing and Sales Services. In 2013, they joined Three Sixty Sales as an Account Manager before transitioning to Nordic Ware, where they have held various roles including Senior Marketing and Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Director, and currently as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience. Throughout their career, Julie has focused on developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing ecommerce channels, and driving sales and brand awareness through various online platforms.
Julie Flann, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Apparel and Textiles from North Dakota State University. Julie completed this double major program from 1996 to 2001. Later, Julie pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Augsburg University, specializing in Business. This educational journey took place between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Julie has obtained certification in Omnichannel Marketing from Kellogg Executive Education in September 2022.
