Sonya Austin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology sales and solution architecture. Currently serving as Sales Support Manager at Nordicom Technologies, Inc. since February 2020, Sonya previously held the role of Solutions Architect at IBM from April 2018 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Sonya worked at AT&T for over 21 years, starting as an Associate Solution Architect in November 1996 and advancing through various roles until March 2018. Sonya holds an Associate of Science degree from Dallas College.
