Jay Tyzzer

Jay Tyzzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Application Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor since December 2007. In this role, Jay promotes and supports designs that utilize Nordic's Ultra Low Power RF transceiver devices, providing instruction on hardware development tools and SDKs. Prior to this position, Jay held roles at Symmetry Electronics as a Senior Sales Engineer and at Alpine Computers in technical support and sales. Early career experience includes positions as a Field Application Engineer at Hamilton Avnet and various product support roles at Tandon and Pertec Computer Corp. Jay holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Do from West Elk Martial Arts and has a background in technical support dating back to 1974.
