Andy Lu

Andy Lu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, Lu is serving as the Director of Operations at Nordik Windows and Doors, having joined the company in 2022. Prior to this role, Lu was the Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2022.

Previously, Lu worked as a Recruitment Manager/Consultant at Rousseau Mazzuca LLP in 2021 and as an Associate at TEEMA from 2020 to 2021.

In 2018, Lu held the position of Senior Partner - Technology at Kompass Consulting Group, and from 2016 to 2020, Lu served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (contract) at Momentum Staffing Source Ltd. During this time, Lu also took up a similar role at Curasion from 2016 to 2018.

Earlier in 2016, Lu was a Team Lead/IT Division at Networkers International PLC.
