David then transitioned to become a real estate agent at Fastighetsbyrån, where they sold properties and conducted property valuations. In 2009, they joined Härryda kommun as a land and exploitation engineer, responsible for managing land and overseeing development projects until 2012. David then moved on to Fastighetskontoret, Göteborgs Stad as an exploitation engineer, focusing on project implementation and negotiations with stakeholders. In 2013, they joined Swedegas AB and held various roles, including being a group leader in land and pipeline integrity management. Their responsibilities included strategic development, maintenance planning, and leading a team to achieve business goals. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Chef of Asset Management & Technical Operations at Nordion Energi, where they manage the company's gas network and ensures maintenance and investment needs are met. David's work experience demonstrates their expertise in asset management, technical operations, land and property management, project implementation, and team leadership.
