John Almén

John Almén has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, starting in 2013. John began their career at Swedegas AB, where they held several roles. As a System Engineer, they worked in the market department, handling customer-related issues and optimizing market and system balance procedures. John was also involved in potential investment projects. Later, they took on the position of System/Project Engineer, focusing on project management and system development. In 2016, they became the Business Development Manager and Project Manager, leading the GO4LNG Project and the Skåne Project, which involved the development of bunkering infrastructure and the regional gas grid. In 2020, they joined Nordion Energi as a Business Development professional.

John Almén obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from Chalmers University of Technology, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, they also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, where their education spanned from 2008 to 2013.
