Henrik Kristensen

Henrik Kristensen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Owner/CEO of Nordiska Värdepappersregistret, Henrik previously held roles as CEO of AB Apprecia and VP/CFO/Investment Manager at Newmad Technologies AB, along with a position on the M&A team at Framfab. Additionally, Henrik is a member of the Board of Directors at Diadrom Holding AB. Academically, Henrik holds a Ph.D. in Business Finance from Lund University and a Ph.D. Licentiate from the University of Gothenburg, both attained in the 1990s.
